Torque International Co. Ltd. has been licensed by the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare & Overseas Employment since 1999 under Recruiting Licence RL-657. We are a registered joint stock company, and for more than 25 years we have recruited workers from Bangladesh for employers overseas.

Our head office team has experience in human resource management, candidate sourcing, screening and skills training. We follow labour demand in the countries we serve so that we can answer employer questions quickly and give realistic timelines.

Our policy is quality before quantity. Employers come back to us because we are prompt from interview to departure and because we explain the terms clearly to every worker before they travel.

We have sent more than 50,000 workers in many categories to construction, engineering, service and manufacturing companies, mainly in the Middle East.

A retired Group Captain of the Bangladesh Air Force, with more than three decades of service in command, operational, training, safety and administrative appointments and over 1,700 hours of flying.

As Chief Executive he is responsible for day-to-day operations, ethical recruitment and delivery across the recruitment cycle, and brings the discipline and accountability of military command to every employer's order.

Working between Dhaka and Ontario, he also directs import and export trade with Canada and the United States, and brings North American commercial practice to how Torque contracts with, and reports to, employers. B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, University of Guelph, Canada.

Works directly with overseas employers on new requirements and manpower support, with particular responsibility for employers in Saudi Arabia. Arranges up to one month of orientation before deployment where the employer requests it.
