Who we are
One of Bangladesh's longer-standing licensed recruitment companies.
Torque International was incorporated in 1998 and began overseas recruitment in 1999 under Recruiting Licence RL-657, issued under the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare & Overseas Employment. We are a member of BAIRA and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Since then we have sent more than 50,000 workers to construction, engineering, oil and gas support, manufacturing, hospitality, facilities, logistics and healthcare employers, mainly in the Middle East.
We work directly with employers and with licensed manpower companies in the Gulf. Before sourcing starts, we make sure we understand the job, the salary and benefits, and the site conditions, so the candidates we present actually fit the requirement.

Managing Director
Golam Mainuddin Munir has led Torque International since the company began overseas recruitment in 1999. He is responsible for the company's direction, its relationships with overseas employers and its standing with the Government of Bangladesh.
Under his management, Torque has deployed more than 50,000 workers to construction, engineering, service and manufacturing employers, mainly in the Middle East.
