Employer documentation
The demand letter, power of attorney, employment contract and visa documents from the employer are checked and, where required, attested before processing.

Candidate medical
Selected workers are tested at medical centres approved for the destination country. Workers declared unfit are replaced before visa processing continues.

Visa and work permit
Visas and work permits are processed with the employer and the relevant embassy in Dhaka.

Emigration clearance
Every worker is registered and cleared for overseas employment by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET), under MoEWOE, before departure.

Pre-departure briefing
Workers are told their salary, duties, accommodation and workplace rules before they travel, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Recorded selection
The employer's selection criteria, selected candidates and agreed terms are recorded so both sides have the same file.
