Greetings from Dhaka. Torque International Co. Ltd. is licensed by the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare & Overseas Employment and has served patrons overseas for over 25 years. We are incorporated as a joint stock company with the Registrar of Firms.
A dedicated team with professional backgrounds in human resource management works from our head office — business promotion, talent search, screening and skill upgrading. We monitor manpower flow from Bangladesh and analyse demand in labour-importing countries so the office can answer employer queries quickly.
As a policy, we believe in quality, not quantity. Promptness across interview, selection and dispatch has made us a dependable associate for patrons overseas.

My professional journey spans more than three decades of leadership. As a retired Group Captain of the Bangladesh Air Force, I accumulated over 1,700 hours of flying experience and held command, operational, training, safety and administrative appointments. Those experiences instilled discipline, integrity and operational excellence — values that form the cornerstone of our corporate culture.
